Stefano Schröter, 1967, born in Lugano/Switzerland lives in Lucerne/Switzerland.

After his education as photographer in 1987 he was head of the Lucerne branch of Swiss photo agency Keystone. Before he became active in commercial photography, reportage and documentary museum photography (1995) Stefano cooperated with the art photographer Rémy Markowitsch for conceptional photography and documentations.
