ALPA 12 PLUS and ALPA 12 PANO - waiting for testing the new Hasselblad CFV 100C

We wanted to know how the new digital back from Hasselblad can be operated on a technical camera and what differences there are to the Hasselblad CFV 50 II.

We can say that the new Hasselblad CFV 100C is a pleasure to use on the ALPA camera!

Technical information Hasselblad CFV 100C and ALPA:

Compatibility to ALPA cameras:

In order to mount Hasselblad CFV 100C to an ALPA camera the following adapter is required:

190.010.018 ALPA Back-Adapter HAA Mk II
190.010.018 ALPA Back-Adapter HAA Mk II
600.020.202 Hasselblad CFV 100 C

Image quality in combination with technical cameras:

The moment you mount a digital back to a technical camera you open up so much flexibility and freedom to create the pictures that are in your mind.
You can choose from so many lenses from our lens portfolio and you can use all available features from technical cameras like shift, swing, tilt and panorama stiching.

With the new Hasselblad CFV 100C and Hasselblad 907 you can access the world of Hasselblad lenses.

Mounting the Hasselblad CFV 100C to an ALPA camera does not only open up the world to the best lenses in the world but also the freedom to control any perspective the way you want!

Scene Calibration

In some lens-camera combinations or through the use of tilt and shift, a magenta cast can occur. We have found that this magenta cast is less visible with the Hasselblad CFV 100C than with its predecessor, the Hasselblad CFV 50C II, thanks to the BSI (Backside Illuminated Sensor).

By creating a scene calibration, an unwanted color cast can be controlled during post-processing.
